This position administers and directs the provision of pharmacy services for Lakeside Medical Center.  Position ensures adherence and compliance with Federal and State Pharmacy laws, rules, and regulations; develop, monitor, and implement the pharmacy policies and procedures; develop and monitor the current formulary medication list; responsible for the coordination of review and evaluation of non-formulary requests.

The A-BHC is a licensed clinical psychologist or LMHC or LCSW who adheres to the highest standards of evidence-based medical practice, ethics, and professionalism at all times.  The A-BHC provides direct behavioral health integration and behavioral health treatment to children, adolescents, adults and families in order to improve psychosocial function in a primary care setting.  The A-BHC also provides addiction and dual diagnosis treatment in the same primary care setting.

This position collects and completes data entry of demographic information for the purpose of registering, scheduling, checking in/out patients of the C. L. Brumback Primary Care Clinics About the C. L. Brumback Primary Care Clinics Our 10 Federally Qualified Health Centers across the county serve adults and children with or without insurance and regardless of ability to pay. We also operate three mobile clinics that provide medical services for the homeless and the underserved. In 2022, we served 39,000 unique adult and pediatric patients who received high-quality comprehensive health services including medical, dental, behavioral health, psychiatric care, women’s health, pharmacy services, outpatient substance use disorder treatment, and community resource programs.

The Communications Operator receives and transfers telephone calls using Lakeside Medical Center’s switchboard telephone console. The employee provides prompt service and response to incoming calls from all patients, physicians, hospital staff and all outside agencies including the community. The employee is responsible for monitoring all emergency panels and announcing the emergency code using the telephone console and/or the fire panel microphone according to the respective Emergency Code procedure.

Under direct supervision, the purpose of the position is to provide assistance to Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses in the delivery of Health Care Services. Employees in this position are responsible for performing non-licensed work to meet the hygienic, emotional, and physical needs of residents to assist them in restoring, reaching, and/or maintaining their optimal level of function.  Care is performed in compliance with a written plan of care and assignment.

The Child Psychologist will work closely with other healthcare professionals and educators to provide comprehensive psychological services to children and their families, helping children to manage mental and emotional health issues, navigate social and behavioral problems, and promote overall mental well-being. The pediatric psychologist will coordinate care with schools for minors as well as complete diagnostic testing for children to clarify diagnosis and make treatment recommendations.  The Pediatric psychologist provides direct behavioral health integration and provides evidence-based therapies with the DSM to children, adolescents, adults and families in order to improve psychosocial function in a primary care setting focused on the pediatric population.  The Pediatric psychologist will aim to improve mental health and wellness for patients in group and individual settings.  The pediatric psychologist will be versed in assessments, diagnosis treatment and care coordination when appropriate within a therapeutic frame

This position provides specialized respiratory care to patients in all units of the hospital in support of comprehensive medical care as directed by medical staff and pursuant to objectives and established regulations, policies and procedures. Employees work under medical direction of physician and/or Manager of Respiratory.

This position provides safe and effective nursing care and treatment to patients undergoing hemodialysis.  Under the general supervision of the nurse manager, the acute hemodialysis RN is responsible and accountable for the dialysis of patients in the facility.  The acute hemodialysis RN is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment of the patient. This position is full-time. On-call hours required.

The Crisis Peer Support Coach assists individuals throughout recovery, helping them gain skills, access resources, and regain the confidence to succeed in society. They will initiate contact with patients in crisis and support them throughout the recovery process by providing guidance, advocation, validation, respect, and empowerment drawing on their lived experiences. This position works in acute settings that address crisis mental health and substance use care between crisis settings as well as in an outreach setting with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsible for oversight and direction for nurses (RNs), Patient Navigators (PNs), and Medical Assistants (MAs) for the Health Care District’s Primary Care Clinics. Provides clinical guidance and training to RNs and MAs. Evaluates the effectiveness of the care provided to patients by RNs and MAs. Monitors ongoing RNs and MAs clinical performance. Maintains responsibility and accountability for RNs and MAs to ensure their performed duties are in accordance with established policies, nursing standards, and clinical protocols. Coordinates risk-related activities for the C. L. Brumback Primary Care Clinics.

This is a professional position in which the incumbent provides direct care for patients at the Health Care District's Primary Care Clinics. The incumbent works collaboratively with the Psychiatrist and Medical Providers to provide patient assessment and diagnosis, formulate treatment plans, prescribe medications, order laboratory tests, provide patient education, prepare medical records, and refer patients for inpatient care in accordance with statutes, regulations, and protocols regulating the profession. The incumbent works under the supervision of the Psychiatrist and the Medical Director.
