The Associate Vice President & Executive Director of Community Health Centers is responsible for providing leadership in the areas of governance and regulatory compliance by working with the FQHC Governing Board, the Clinic Medical and Dental Directors, the Director of Clinic Operations to establish, monitor, and implementpolicies and goals in the District Clinic Holdings, Inc. (D/B/A C. L. Brumback Health Center) division. This position is also responsible for providing leadership for Patient Access and the HRSA regulatory Manager.  Under the Matrix Management structure of the Health Care District, this position will coordinate and collaborate with both the Chief Medical Officer and the Chief Nursing Officer.
